REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING

Work together in a document. See changes live.

See who is working in a document, jump to a colleague’s position and follow their changes. Your team works on shared document content.

Real product recording · Silent, with text hints · Fictional ECG smartwatch project and demo team.

The workflow, step by step

01 · See who is present

Maya sees Lena in the presence indicator. A click takes her to her colleague’s current position in the document.

02 · Follow the live change

Lena adds a sentence about identifying interrupted ECG recordings. The text appears as she types in Maya’s separate session.

03 · Save the shared state

Maya saves the shared document state. A named version can then mark a milestone for the next review.

Document text and work items

Collaborative writing takes place in the document. When a work item is being edited, a lock indicator shows that another person is currently changing the record. The team can see where work is already in progress.

One record in several documents

A work item can be used in several documents. Content, comments and review decisions belong to the central record. Document context and a shared data source work together.
